本公司生产的工业用橡胶板按用途可分 为：普通胶板、中等耐油胶板、耐油胶板、 耐热胶板、耐寒胶板、耐酸碱胶板、绝缘胶 板、导电胶板、夹布胶板，彩色胶板以及适 应温度范围广且电绝缘性能良好的硅胶板。

特征与用途

I  普通型工业橡胶板：具有低、中、高三种硬度，物理机械好，可适合于不同压力，温度-35°C~ +60°C

的空气中工作，用做冲制各种耐磨、耐冲击及缓冲性能好的垫圈和门窗封条及垫板。

> 耐酸岡碱工业胶板：具有较高硬度，和耐酸、碱功能，可在温度为-35°C~+60P酸（碱）液体中工 作，可用于冲制各种形状的垫圈及铺盖各种设备C

|  耐油工业胶板：具有较高硬度，同时具有较好的耐溶剂膨胀功能可在-35P~ +100°C的机油，变压器

用油、润滑油、汽油等介质中工作，适用于冲制各种形状的垫圈及垫板。

| 耐热型工业胶板：具有不同的低、中、高三咱硬度和优良的耐热，耐老化及耐臭氧功能，可在60P~ 250°C的热空气、蒸汽等介质中工作，供冲制各种密封垫圈垫板等。

|  绝缘型工业胶板：适用于不同温度条件下，具有良好的防静电功能，国防、冶金石油化工、通讯等领

域的基础设施的地面铺装和冲制各种垫板。

■  防滑型减震型工业胶板：适用于不同温度条件下，具有良好的防滑、减震功能，适用于车辆、轮船的

板面垫，以及计算机记的地面铺垫。

| 特种夹布工业胶板：为了满足顾客的不同需求，我们还可以生产夹棉布型、夹帆布型橡胶板等其他异 型、特种密封板材。

Features and Uses

■ Common type of industrial rubber sheet: With low, medium and high, three kinds of hardness, great physics & mechanisms and working under different pressure, temperature -35 °C 〜+60 P. Used for punching all kinds of wear resistant, impact resistance and good buffer performance fbr seals and gaskets, like door or window etc.

■ Acid/alkali resistant rubber sheet: high hardness, and acid/alkali resistant, working under temperature of ・35°C~ +60^0 in acid (alkali) liquid. Great fbr making different shapes of gaskets and platform fbr all kind of equipment.

■ Oil resistant rubber sheet: high hardness, good solvent resistance, work at expanding feature is available in -35°C 〜+100°C oil, transformer oil, lubricating oil, gasoline and other media, fbr making variety of gaskets and plate.

■ Heat-resistant rubber sheet: With low, medium and high, three kinds of hardness and excellent heat resistance, anti-aging and ozone resistant features, work at temperature of 60°C~ 2509Csteam, air and other medias.

■ Insulation rubber sheet: Great anti-static at different temperature, apply to infrastructure fbr military, petro, chemical, metallurgy, and communications industries.

■ Anti-slip and vibrate resistant rubber sheet: work at different temperature, good anti-slip and vibrate resistant functions, apply to vehicles, vessels mat board, as well as mat fbr computers.

■ Fabric carcass rubber sheet: In order to meet the different needs of customers, we also can produce cotton carcass, canvas carcass, and other special sealing rubber plate.
